Book both barns for a group of eight

What you get

• Two kitchens

Both fully fitted, with dishwashers. Cook together in one, or split breakfast between them.

• Two living rooms

Chestnut's is snug, with a leather reclining sofa. Oak's is a lounge-diner with a table for six. It's easy for the children and the adults to have a room each.

• The courtyard

The gravel courtyard between the barns has a bench looking out over the fields, and it is where the group tends to gather.

Good for

• Weddings nearby. The register offices in Daventry and Rugby are within easy reach, as are a number of smaller venues across south Northamptonshire.
• Multi-generational holidays. Grandparents in one barn, parents and children in the other.
• Extended-family Christmases. Two kitchens, two sitting rooms, and four village pubs to choose from on the Boxing Day walk.
• Reunions and milestone birthdays. Room for eight to spread out across two barns.

Group availability

Group bookings need both barns free for the same nights, so we usually arrange these by hand. Drop us a message and we'll come back the same day with availability and a fixed group rate.
